We collect your email and login credentials for account creation and management via Clerk. This data is securely managed by Clerk and subject to their privacy policy.
Test Data
We store the tests, questions, and answers you create on our servers. This data is associated with your account and is used solely to provide the Service.
Usage Data
We may collect non-identifiable information such as device type, browser version, and feature usage to improve the Service and fix bugs.
Payment Data
When you purchase credits, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe may collect and process payment data per their privacy policy.
AI Generation Data
When you use AI to generate questions, the context you provide is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI may use this data per their privacy policy. We do not store the context you provide for AI generation after the questions are generated.

We use your data to:
- Provide authentication and account management
- Store and manage your tests and questions
- Process payments for credit purchases
- Generate questions using AI when requested
- Improve the Service and fix bugs
- Respond to customer inquiries

Your test data is stored securely in our MongoDB database. Authentication data is managed by Clerk. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk: For authentication and user account management
- Stripe: For payment processing
- OpenAI: For AI question generation
- MongoDB: For data storage

We retain your test data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your test data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
